Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the GoIndiaGo website, web portal, and mobile application.
• "Organisation" means the company or entity that has registered a GoIndiaGo corporate account.
• "Admin" means an employee designated by the Organisation to manage the account.
• "Traveller" means an employee or guest who books travel through GoIndiaGo.
• "Booking" means a confirmed reservation for a flight, hotel, or other travel service.
• "Supplier" means an airline, hotel, or other service provider fulfilling the Booking.

2. Account Registration

• Only businesses registered in India may open an Organisation account.
• The Admin who registers the account warrants they have authority to bind the Organisation.
• You must provide accurate company details including GSTIN (if applicable) at registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Each employee account must correspond to a real individual at your Organisation.
• We reserve the right to verify your Organisation's details and suspend access if verification fails.

3. Services Provided

GoIndiaGo provides the following services through the Platform:

• Flight search and booking on domestic and international routes via GDS and LCC direct connects.
• Hotel search and booking through TBO and affiliated hotel aggregators.
• Travel policy configuration, employee-level booking limits, and approval workflows.
• GST invoice generation for all bookings (where applicable).
• Spend reporting, analytics, and export tools for finance teams.
• Travel insurance through ASEGO and affiliated underwriters (optional add-on).

4. Bookings and Payment

4.1 Booking Confirmation

• A Booking is confirmed only when you receive a PNR or confirmation number from us.
• Fare prices are dynamic and may change until payment is completed. The price shown at payment confirmation is the final price.
• For GDS fares, the fare is held for a limited time (typically 15–30 minutes). Delays in payment may result in a fare increase.

4.2 Payment

• Payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Corporate wallet balances (where available) are debited at time of booking.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• International transaction fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.

4.3 GST & Invoicing

GST invoices with your Organisation's GSTIN are generated automatically and available in the Invoices section. Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility is governed by GST law — consult your tax advisor.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 General Principles

Cancellation and refund rules are set by each airline or hotel Supplier and are displayed before booking confirmation. Our convenience fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

5.2 Flight Cancellations — Your Rights Under DGCA Rules

• All statutory taxes (GST, UDF, PSF) are always fully refundable on cancelled tickets, regardless of fare type.
• "Non-refundable" fares refer only to the base fare — statutory taxes are always returned.
• If the airline cancels your flight for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the entire amount paid including base fare, fuel surcharge, and all taxes — no deductions.
• Airline-initiated cancellation refunds must be processed within 15 days of the cancellation.
• Passenger-initiated cancellation refunds: 7 business days for card payments, 20 business days for other methods.

5.3 Hotel Cancellations

• Free cancellation policies: refund processed within 5–7 business days of cancellation.
• Partially refundable bookings: the refundable amount is shown at the time of booking.
• Non-refundable bookings: no refund is issued on cancellation. Clearly indicated before confirmation.
• Early check-out or no-show: governed by the hotel's policy. GoIndiaGo is not liable for amounts forfeited.

6. Travel Policy Compliance

• Your Organisation's Admin is responsible for configuring travel policies, budget limits, and approval hierarchies correctly.
• Travellers must book within the Organisation's configured travel policy. Out-of-policy bookings require prior approval.
• GoIndiaGo is not liable for expenses incurred outside configured policy limits that are subsequently rejected by your Organisation.
• Policy changes apply to new bookings only and do not retroactively affect confirmed bookings.

7. Platform Use & Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Make speculative, fictitious, or fraudulent bookings.
• Resell tickets or hotel reservations obtained through the Platform.
• Attempt to access other organisations' accounts or data.
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit fare data or search results.
• Interfere with the Platform's technical systems or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable Indian law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including software, design, logos, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to GoIndiaGo Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your Organisation's internal corporate travel management only.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not the carrier or accommodation provider. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, hotel quality issues, overbooking, or any loss caused by a Supplier.
• Our liability for any single booking dispute is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking through our Platform.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, or business interruption.
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Force majeure events (acts of God, war, pandemic, government orders, natural disasters) are outside our control.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., map providers, visa information portals). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding amounts, or engage in fraud.
• Your Organisation's Admin may deactivate individual Traveller accounts at any time.
• On termination, your access to the Platform ends. Booking data and invoices remain accessible for download for 90 days after termination.
• Legal retention obligations for tax and audit records continue beyond account termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Supplier policies, or Platform features. We will notify registered Admins by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.
• The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
• Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru.
